We all work hard to avoid pain. If you suffer from arthritis pain, it often changes you from a good-natured person to a short-tempered person - one not easy to get along with. There are many foods: Sausages and eggs, oatmeal with honey and salt eaten with skim milk and low-fat yogurt. Avoid Instant Oatmeal. Always buy the thicker rolled oats. There are many more foods that include vegetables and beef etc.

A pH of 8.0+ is what you should strive to maintain. You must stay away from carbonated beverages of every kind as they are like drinking acid. Power drinks, teas and coffees also increase the acidity in your body.

Good filtered water on the other hand can't do you harm. It is best however to alkalize it with a good
